The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed something they made sure we had it. Our tv was broken and it was fixed promptly and we were still given breakfast vouchers for the inconvience. The room was comfortable, large and clean. We would come back just to spend time in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent. So good that we ate breakfast and dinner there for both of our days there. We actually liked our stay so much we are already planning another trip to Philadelphia because of the experience we had.

Room temperature was bone chilling.we turned it off.temperature got better. Room had everything we needed. I was in room 233 no issues.we felt safe.we paid for parking. Front desk at check in did not explain about breakfast vouchers the other night staff was a great help. Food was ok cost too much.area was great close to everything.would recommend this place.

The Suite was spacious, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was well lit and the bed was very comfortable. There were two televisions available one in the seating area and one in the bedroom.The staff at the restaurant and the front desk clerk at check-out were pleasant. The airport shuttle was also very convenient for my 5.30 a.m. flight.

The on site restaurant and bar was a great addition I didn’t even have to go out for anything. Food and drinks were good. Also the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I never sleep good when I’m away but I slept like a baby. Easy check in and out and it was quiet during my stay, no issues at all.

Troy, the chef, was a breath of fresh air!!! And what a cook! Excellent, friendly, funny, respectful and caring. Heather the bartender was a delight! Charmaine, meechie and Tamia at the front desk were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you Sheraton. Your people treated us like we were royalty!
